When you see that so many foods are not providing the nutrition the body needs, we also see bodies running short & trying to compensate . Sort of like when you don't put oil in the engine of your car, it stops working optimally.

Once, not so long ago, people were considered healthy even if they're a little heavy by body weight. Now, folks are overweight (not sure why every needs to measure BMI) and starving at the same time!

On this journey to better health by better nutrition, it occurs to me there must be a safe way for folks to achieve the results they desire AND do it safely with proper attention to nutrition.

I met a woman in Baltimore at a meeting with the guest speaker, Marilu Henner, sharing her thoughts of better lifestyle & health choices. Well, what Elizabeth shared with me that day after the meeting just about knocked me over. She had lost 40 lbs in a few months and didn't really change much in the way of her food intake! This is when I truly was able to understand the Healthy Body Challenge. It's a 90 day program that will change your world.
